The disc sorters are used for the separatoin of loose, bulk, non-adhesive and slightly abrasive materials. The massive, hard steel body allows the separation of large pieces of wood, bark or stones from the required size of wood chips.

Design of sorter, space between discs, size of discs or the size of the sorter are individually designed according to the request for sorting, type of wood, humidity and space requirements on installation.

There are low requirements for installation. There is no need for special service while operation since it has the ability to clean the space between the discs by itself.
The disc sorter may be operated without the constant presence of operating personnel. All disc sorters are designed to be installed in the line of conveyors.
