The vibrating sorter’s function is to transport and separate two different sizes along transportation of the material to desired destination. It is dedicated for separation of loose, non-adhesive and slightly abrasive materials. The massive and hard body is made of welded steel sections and metal sheets. It is necessary to fix the supporting frame to the appropriate basement with regards to the dynamic power effect of vibrations. The size of sorting screen is set up according to the customer’s requirements of different sizes of fractions.

The machine may be operated without aconstant presence of operating personnel. The machine operates at low noise level therefore it is possible to install inside plants. The dust nuisance of machine is directly influenced by type, size or humidity of sorted material. The machine is not intended for outdoor operation, therefore is has to be protected against the effects of weather.
